What data we collect

  • Account data — email, username, password (hashed).
  • App usage data — laps, telemetry, sessions, preferences.
  • B2B contact data — name, company, phone, email, city, seats, simulators in use (Tally form).
  • Technical data — IP, user agent, access logs, cookie identifiers.

Purposes

  • Deliver the services (driver app, Sim Center OS, website).
  • User support and bug/feature handling.
  • Security and abuse prevention.
  • Service communications (not marketing).
  • Anonymous usage statistics.
  • Performance of a contract (use of services).
  • Consent (functional cookies, future marketing).
  • Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
  • Legal obligation (invoicing, tax data retention).

Retention

Recipients

Data may be processed by technical vendors (Infomaniak hosting, Tally for forms, Discord). Vendor list available on request.
